Terms of Use


These terms of purchase apply between Sayless, who owns the website www.sayless.se, and you, who place an order with us via the website. In this policy, you can read about how we process your personal data when you shop with us.


If you are shopping as a private individual, you must be over 16 years old and not under guardianship. If you are under 16 years old, your guardian's consent is required to place an order with us. All fraud will be reported to the police.
We may change these Terms at any time, but the changes you approved at the time of your purchase will always apply to that purchase. To complete a purchase via the Website, you must accept the terms of purchase.

 

Orders
Once an order is received, Sayless.se will send an order confirmation to you via e-mail as soon as possible, confirming the order. An agreement of purchase is only concluded when we have confirmed the order in writing and you have received the order confirmation by e-mail. If any questions about the order arise, we will contact you.

Prices and payment
When ordering, the prices stated on the Website at the time of the order apply, unless otherwise expressly agreed or if the circumstances do not clearly indicate otherwise. All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor.

 

Payment options

We offer secure and flexible payment options through our partnership with Qliro.

Qliro – At checkout, you can choose the payment method that suits you best. Depending on the country and order amount, the following options may be offered:

  • Invoice

  • Partial payment

  • Card payment (VISA and MasterCard)

  • Direct bank payment (Trustly)

  • Swish (Sweden)

  • Vipps (Norway)

  • MobilePay (Denmark and Finland)

When choosing invoice or partial payment, a credit check may be carried out. Payment is handled securely through Qliro's system in accordance with current legislation.

All payments are made via encrypted and secure connections.


Shipping and Delivery


Shipping within Sweden is done via Postnord unless otherwise agreed. All packages are sent traceable and insured and will arrive at your nearest agent. You will also receive a notification via e-mail or mobile number depending on the option you have chosen at checkout. All packages with stocked goods are sent out within 1-5 business days and our goal is for the customer to receive their package within 1-4 business days. 

To Norway and other countries, it may take longer. If an item is out of stock, the delivery time may be extended until the item is back in stock; we will inform about this on the product page. We always strive for good reviews and for the customer to receive the package as quickly as possible. 

You can also track your delivery online with your tracking ID that you receive via e-mail. It is the buyer's responsibility that the address and phone number provided to us at the time of order are correct, to ensure a fast and correct delivery. 

If the order is not collected from the pick-up point by the customer, the customer will be charged the actual shipping cost according to the current waybill from Postnord. If the order is not collected at the agent, the customer pays any return costs, plus, according to law, an administrative fee of SEK 150.


Pre-order information

Pre-orders are usually shipped within 1–2 weeks. During the Christmas period, we want to be extra clear that even if we do our utmost in our handling, we unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery before December 24, as this depends on the shipping companies' capacity.

Right of withdrawal
As a private individual, according to the Distance Contracts Act, which came into force on 2000-06-01, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the item. To request the right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act, please contact us so we can see if you meet the conditions required to apply the right of withdrawal. If the item is used before, you cannot invoke the right of withdrawal. No right of withdrawal for special orders from the customer or if the seal is broken. Please note that you must contact us clearly via email within 14 days of receiving your order to invoke the right of withdrawal. We do not accept returns for countries outside the EU. The return of goods returned with reference to the Distance Contracts Act is at the customer's expense, and the customer is charged the actual shipping cost according to the current waybill from Postnord. The Distance Contracts Act does not give the customer the right to request a refund of costs for transport & transaction costs or other performed services. The item must also be returned well packaged.

 

Complaints
Private individuals have a two (2) year right to complain according to the Consumer Purchase Act, regardless of the warranty period that applies to an item. A complaint must be made within a reasonable time from when the defect was discovered. The buyer must prove the defect in the event of a complaint. Defects arising from wear and tear are not valid.

Returns and refunds
In the event of a return, complaint, or right of withdrawal, the customer always pays the postage, unless otherwise agreed. Returned goods must be well packaged and sent to Sayless.
Notify us of the return via https://sayless.se/pages/returer clearly within 14 days of the item being delivered if you wish to invoke the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal cannot be invoked after these 14 days.
The refund will be processed as soon as the item has been received and approved after our assessment.

For payment with Klarna
If you pay with Klarna and make a return for a refund (not exchange), a fee of SEK 50 will be added, in addition to the shipping and return shipping cost of SEK 98, to cover Klarna's transaction fee which is charged to us as a company.

Information about the processing of personal data

Sayless complies with PUL (Personal Data Act) in its handling of personal data. Your data is handled in a correct and controlled manner so that you can feel secure when shopping in our webshop. The personal data that you provide and that we save during your purchase is used to administer your purchases and for marketing purposes (e.g., postal mailings, SMS, e-mail). We do not disclose data to third parties.

We reserve the right for any typos or printing errors on all items in our assortment as well as these terms.

Disputes
In the event of a dispute where the buyer is a private individual, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disasters, labor disputes, government decisions, and similar events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and which affect concluded agreements and commitments on our part, shall constitute grounds for us to be released from our obligations to fulfill said agreements.

Pre-orders

When a product name includes the word "Pre-order," our standard shipping and delivery terms do not apply. Instead, we use a timeframe of one to two weeks as the starting point for delivery. No specific timeframe is guaranteed.

Information for customers outside Sweden

For those of you shopping from a country other than Sweden, we want to make the return process as smooth and secure as possible. For returns from abroad, a fixed fee of SEK 199 will be charged, which covers our administrative handling.

In addition, the shipping cost for the return itself will be added, which varies depending on the country and carrier. These costs will be automatically deducted from your refund once we have received and registered your return.

We strongly recommend that you use our return shipping label, as this ensures correct customs handling and faster processing of your case. If you send a package back without our return label, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the package will be delivered correctly or that customs clearance will occur without delays.

 

Outside the EU

1. Customs and VAT for Customers in Norway

Orders shipped to Norway are subject to Norwegian import VAT (mva) and any customs duties. These fees are determined by Norwegian customs authorities and depend on the product's value and type.
The fees are paid by the customer and are not included in the prices stated on our website.
The customer is responsible for paying import VAT and customs duties upon receipt of the goods. Check Norwegian customs regulations for current rates and thresholds.

2. Customs and VAT for Customers outside the EU

For customers outside the EU, customs duties and VAT apply according to the respective country's import regulations. These fees are determined by your country's customs authorities and are calculated based on the value, weight, and content of the goods.
These costs are not included in our stated prices and are paid by the customer upon import.
We recommend that you contact your country's customs authority for details on any fees before placing an order.

3. Delivery, Shipping Options, and Documentation

We provide the necessary documentation for customs clearance, including invoice and shipping documents. However, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all local requirements for customs and VAT are met.

Please note the following regarding shipping options:

  • Untrackable option: This shipping option does not include tracking, insurance, or guarantee. If the package is lost or damaged during postal handling, we unfortunately cannot replace the item.

  • Trackable option: This option includes tracking and basic insurance, which means that you as a customer have the possibility of compensation if the package is lost during transit.

Shipments not picked up due to unpaid customs duties or VAT will be returned to us. Any return shipping costs and handling fees will be charged to the customer.

4. Important Information

As a customer, you are obliged to provide correct and complete information when ordering to avoid delays in customs clearance.
We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred during import processing in the receiving country.
