Terms of Use

These terms and conditions apply between Sayless, which owns the website www.sayless.se, and you who place an order from us via the website. In this policy you can read about how we process your personal data when you shop with us.


If you are buying as a private individual, you must be over 16 years of age and not under guardianship. If you are under 16, your guardian's consent is required to order from us. All fraud will be reported to the police.
We may change these Terms at any time, but the changes you accepted at the time of your purchase will always apply to that purchase. In order to make a purchase through the Website, you must accept the Terms of Purchase.

B-positions
After your order has been received, Sayless.store will send you an order confirmation via email as soon as possible, confirming the order. A purchase agreement is only concluded when we have confirmed the order in writing and you have received the order confirmation by email. If any questions about the order arise, we will contact you.

Prices and payment
When ordering, the prices stated on the Website at the time of ordering apply, unless otherwise expressly agreed or unless the circumstances clearly indicate otherwise. All prices are stated in Swedish kronor.

Payment options
We offer secure and flexible payment options through our partnership with Stripe and Klarna .

  1. Stripe (via Shopify Payments) – Secure card payment with support for VISA, MasterCard and Apple Pay. Fast and smooth payment without extra fees.

  2. Klarna – Shop now and pay later, or choose to split the payment. Simple, flexible and secure.


When paying with Klarna

If you choose to pay with Klarna and want to make a return with a refund (not an exchange), a fee of SEK 50 will be added, in addition to the shipping and return shipping cost of SEK 98. This is to cover Klarna's transaction fee.

Shipping and Delivery


Shipping within Sweden is via Postnord unless otherwise agreed. All packages are sent traceably and insured and will arrive at your nearest representative. You will also receive a notification via email or mobile number depending on which option you have chosen at checkout. All packages with in-stock items are shipped within 1-5 working days and our goal is for the customer to receive their package within 1-4 working days.

To Norway and other countries it may take longer. If an item is out of stock, the delivery time may be extended until the item is back in stock, we will inform you about this on the product page. We always strive for good reviews and for the customer to receive the package as quickly as possible.

You can also track your delivery online with your parcel ID that you receive via email. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address and telephone number provided to us at the time of ordering is correct, in order to ensure a fast and correct delivery. 

If the order is not collected from the delivery location by the customer, the customer will be charged the actual shipping cost according to the current shipping label from Postnord. If the order is not collected from the agent, the customer will pay any return costs, plus, according to law, an administrative cost of SEK 150.

Right of withdrawal
As a private individual, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods under the Distance Contracts Act, which came into force on 2000-06-01. To request a right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act, you contact us so we can see if you meet the conditions required to apply the right of withdrawal. If the goods have been used before, you cannot invoke the right of withdrawal. No right of withdrawal on special orders from the customer or if the seal has been removed. Please note that you must contact us clearly by email within 14 days of receiving your order to invoke the right of withdrawal. Returning goods that are returned with reference to the Distance Contracts Act is at the customer's expense, and the customer is charged the actual shipping cost according to the current shipping bill from Postnord. The Distance Contracts Act does not give the customer the right to request a refund of costs for transport & transaction costs or other services performed. The goods must also be returned well packaged.

Complaints
According to the Consumer Sales Act, private individuals have a two (2) year right of complaint regardless of the warranty period that applies to a product. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from the discovery of the defect. When making a complaint, the buyer must prove the defect. Defects that have arisen through wear and tear and use are not valid.

Returns and refunds
In the event of a return, complaint or right of withdrawal, the customer is always responsible for the postage, unless otherwise agreed. Goods that are returned must be well packaged and sent to Sayless .
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us of the return via sayless.returer@hotmail.com clearly within 14 days of the goods being delivered. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after these 14 days.
The refund will be processed as soon as the item has been received and approved at our discretion.

When paying with Klarna
If you pay with Klarna and make a return for a refund (not an exchange), a fee of SEK 50 will be added, in addition to the shipping and return shipping cost of SEK 98, to cover Klarna's transaction fee that is charged to us as a company.

Information about the processing of personal data

Sayless complies with the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL) in its handling of personal data. Your data is handled in a correct and controlled manner so that you can feel safe when shopping in our webshop. The personal data that you provide and that we save when you purchase is used to administer your purchases and for marketing purposes (e.g. postal mailings, SMS, e-mail). We do not provide data to third parties.

We reserve the right to make any typographical or printing errors on all items in our range and these terms and conditions.

Dispute
In the event of a dispute where the buyer is a private individual, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints (ARN).

Force majeure
In the event of war, natural disasters, industrial action in the labor market, decisions by authorities, and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and which affect entered into agreements and commitments on our part, shall constitute grounds for us to be released from our obligations to fulfill said agreements.

Pre-orders

When a product name includes the word "Pre-order", our standard shipping and delivery terms do not apply. Instead, we assume a timeframe of one to two weeks as a starting point for delivery. No specific timeframe is guaranteed.

Terms of Use for Customs and VAT – Norwegian Customers and Customers Outside the EU

1. Customs and VAT for Customers in Norway

  • Orders shipped to Norway are subject to Norwegian import VAT (VAT) and any customs fees. These fees are determined by Norwegian customs authorities and depend on the value and type of product.
  • The fees are paid by the customer and are not included in the prices listed on our website.
  • The customer is responsible for paying import VAT and customs duties upon receipt of the goods. Please check Norwegian customs regulations for current rates and limits.

2. Customs and VAT for Customers outside the EU

  • For customers outside the EU, customs duties and VAT will be charged according to the import regulations of each country. These fees are determined by your country's customs authorities and are calculated based on the value, weight and contents of the goods.
  • These costs are not included in our stated prices and are paid by the customer upon import.
  • We recommend that you contact your country's customs authority for details on any fees before placing an order.

3. Delivery and Documentation

  • We provide the necessary documentation for customs clearance, including invoice and shipping documents. However, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all local customs and VAT requirements are met.
  • Shipments that are not collected due to unpaid customs or VAT fees will be returned to us. Any return shipping costs and handling fees will be charged to the customer.

4. Important Information

  • As a customer, you are required to provide correct and complete information when ordering to avoid delays in customs clearance.
  • We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred during import processing in the recipient country.
