Returns & exchanges
We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order. The garment must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
Yes, of course. Exchanges are made via the return form and are handled as a return with a subsequent new order or a voucher – depending on what suits you best.
For returns, a fee of 98 SEK will be charged to cover handling and shipping costs. The fee will be deducted at the time of refund and clearly specified when you register your return via the return form.
