Instructions for Returns

1. Click the link to start the return process.
2. Enter the email address used for the order.
3. Check your email for a 6-digit code sent to you.
4. Enter the code in the provided form to proceed.
5. You will now be taken to a page showing all your orders.
6. Click on the product you wish to return.
7. Select the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a size exchange.
8. You will receive a QR code to complete the return, as well as further instructions within 72 hours.
9. Follow the given instructions to send back the product.

Instructions for Exchanges

Start by registering your return through our system Click here!

Enter the size or garment you wish to exchange for.

Once we have received your return, you will receive a code.

Use the code to place your new order.

Right of Withdrawal
As a private individual, according to the Distance Contracts Act, which came into force on 2000-06-01, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act, please contact us so we can check if you meet the conditions required to apply the right of withdrawal. If the item is used before, you cannot invoke the right of withdrawal. No right of withdrawal for special orders from the customer or if the seal is broken. Please note that you must contact us clearly by email within 14 days of receiving your order to invoke the right of withdrawal. The return of goods returned with reference to the Distance Contracts Act is at the customer's expense, and the customer will be charged the actual shipping cost according to the current waybill from PostNord. The Distance Contracts Act does not give the customer the right to request a refund of costs for transport & transaction costs or other services rendered. The item must also be returned well packaged.

Returns and Refunds
In case of any return, complaint, or right of withdrawal, the customer always bears the postage, unless otherwise agreed. The right of withdrawal cannot be invoked after these 14 days.
The refund will be processed as soon as the item has been received and approved after our assessment.

For payments with Klarna
If you pay with Klarna and make a return for a refund (not an exchange), an additional fee of 50 SEK will apply, in addition to the shipping and return shipping cost of 98 SEK, to cover Klarna's transaction fee.
